Clearly, relationships between Switzerland and the United States and Canada have never been stronger, on cultural, economic or political levels. However, in this increasingly difficult world, this association based on mutual respect, shared values and commitment to democracy must be continually nurtured.
The Swiss Center of North America is a vehicle created to further expand this relationship by promoting trade, disseminating information, and exchanging ideas. Our programming will build upon existing business, cultural and political relationships, while cementing a bond created hundreds of years ago with the sacrifices Swiss immigrants made in the often uncharted territories of North America.
