The Swiss photographer, filmmaker, and painter Hannes Schmid was born in 1946 in Zurich. He is one of the great visual narrators of our time. Hannes Schmid is famous since the early 1990s for his iconic staging of the Marlboro cowboys and innovative fashion shots.

108th Glattfelder Reunion: Glattfelders in the American Civil War
A two day Reunion themed on "Glattelders in the American Civil War" (as 2013 is the Sesquicentennial of the Battle of Gettysburg).

Saturday July 27 is a free picnic with concert by the Brodbecks Band (reservations encouraged).  Band begins playing around 4:00 PM with food available by 4:30.

Saturday July 28 is the formal reunion with catered lunch (reservations and payment in advance required), Memorial Service, historical lecture, and general membership meeting of the Association.  Registration begins at 11:30.   Historical displays may be viewed and Glattfelder family memorabilia, books, and DVDs are available for purchase.
