The Swiss Pavilion 2010
Switzerland was the first country to present the concept for its Pavilion to the public in Shanghai. The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Presence Switzerland, is responsible for the official Swiss Pavilion project. Over an area of 4000 m2, Switzerland will portray itself through an exhibition on the EXPO sub-theme “rural-urban interaction”.

Swiss trio MKM tours California, headlines SFEMF
swissnex San Francisco and the San Francisco Electronic Music Festival (SFEMF) join forces for the first time to bring the music of Switzerland’s Günter Müller, Jason Kahn, and Norbert Möslang, or MKM, to the Bay Area. On September 10, 2010, the avant-garde festival welcomes the trio of prominent electro-acoustic improvisers as headliners. This is the group’s first performance together on the West Coast. They play two concerts in the Los Angeles area leading up to the festival.
